When reporting an issue, please include your device model, iOS version, and a description of what happened. Screenshots are always helpful.
CoverCraft can import and export JPEG, PNG, and HEIC files. You can convert between formats by selecting the output format before exporting.
The upscaling feature uses on-device machine learning to enlarge images while preserving detail. All processing happens locally — your images are never sent to any server. Results may vary depending on the source image quality and your device's capabilities.
Open an app, tap the Watermark tool, and choose an image, choose a text label or a custom logo from your library. Adjust the position, size, and opacity to your preference, then export. Your custom logo is saved locally in the app for future use.
CoverCraft includes optimized size and format presets for popular platforms such as Instagram, Twitter/X, and messaging apps. Select a preset before exporting to automatically apply the recommended settings for that platform.
No. All image processing — compression, conversion, upscaling, and watermarking — is performed entirely on your device. Your photos are never uploaded to our servers or shared with any external service.
Free-tier users have a daily operation limit that resets every 24 hours. Upgrade to Pro to remove the limit and enjoy unlimited processing.
A Pro subscription unlocks:
Go to the app's Settings screen, tap Upgrade to Premium and tap Restore Purchases at the bottom of paywall. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used when you originally subscribed.
Open iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, find CoverCraft, and tap Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. All billing is managed by Apple — we do not handle payment information directly.
Refund requests are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a refund request.
Try the following steps:
Check that CoverCraft has permission to access your photo library and files. Go to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos and ensure CoverCraft is set to Full Access or Add Photos Only as needed.
Go to the app's Settings screen and tap Restore Purchases. If that doesn't resolve the issue, sign out of your Apple ID and sign back in, then try restoring again.
