Welcome to CoverCraft ("the App"), an image compression, conversion, upscaling, and watermarking application. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
By installing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
CoverCraft provides image processing tools for iOS devices. Key features include:
All processing is performed entirely on your device. No images are uploaded to external servers.
The App is available in a free tier with the following limitations:
The App offers subscription-based access to premium features, including unlimited daily operations, an ad-free experience, and watermark without attribution. Subscription options, pricing, and included features are displayed within the App and may change from time to time.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and managed via RevenueCat. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.
If a free trial is offered, it will begin immediately upon subscription and will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
You retain full ownership of all images and files you process using the App. We do not claim any rights over your content. By using the App, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to process the images you import, and that doing so does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
You agree not to use the App to:
The App, including its design, code, icons, graphics, and AI models, is our proprietary property and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the App or its components to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your iOS device in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store terms.
The App uses on-device machine learning models to upscale images. While we strive for high-quality results, AI-based upscaling may not always produce perfect output. Results may vary depending on the source image quality, content, and device capabilities. We make no guarantees regarding the output quality of AI upscaling.
The App integrates third-party services including Google Firebase (analytics and crash reporting), Google AdMob (advertising), and RevenueCat (subscription management). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party services.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce results that meet your specific requirements. Output quality depends on input image quality and device capabilities.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of images, or device damage, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developers and their affiliates, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete it from your device at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees already paid.
We may release updates to the App from time to time. Updates may change, add, or remove features. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. Some updates may be required for continued use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or through the App Store listing. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
